The festival amazes the audience with innovative solutions. "Live" artists, actors and acrobats took part in the plot of a multimedia performance on the facade of the Youth theater. A method of creating live pictures using VR technology (virtual reality) was applied for the first time. And the official application of the Festival opened a portal to the new world for the audience - AR technology (augmented reality) which allows to create a three-dimensional animation that expands the space. The mapping paintings were supplemented with objects that seemed to “fly out” from the video projection onto the viewer, developing the story-line and creating an amazing effect of presence in a voluminous, virtual world.

The 2019 Autumn Festival turned Palace Square into a digital garden of the future. The light-musical show immersed the audience in a mystical space and allowed them to experience a new immersive experience. Giant Lego flowers, pixel plants and mine-craft trees made every adult remember what it means to be a child, dreaming and looking at everything from the bottom up.

What know-how awaits the audience this year and which architectural structure will become a canvas for the work of 3D-designers and VR-artists is still kept secret.
