The festival is intended to attract residents and guests of the Kirov region to the historical heritage of the region, as well as to contribute to raising the interest of young people in the cultural recreation format - a street festival, this year the festival was held in the region for the sixth time.

The festival is based entirely on a volunteer basis.

Venues for the Festival:

The festival space is divided into several locations - mini-festivals, each of which works according to its program and in due time:

The Park area (Rotunda in the Alexander Garden);

Jazz Embankment area (Green Embankment (steps);

Playground "Veranda" (Chess House);

Quest with elements of excursion around the city of Kirov "Romance of Vyatka".

The substantive part of the festival at the stage of its holding includes the work of 3 main venues: "Park", "Jazz Quay", "Veranda"; and an interactive game for the city of Kirov - quest "Romance Vyatka." The main idea is urban romance. City streets at all times connected people, gave them the opportunity to find each other or share mutual feelings. The main site Park will work all day and will be located in the Alexander Garden on the alley near the main park rotunda, which in the day will become an alley with many cultures, styles and creative genres that can attract different target audiences. That is, the main purpose of the Park area is to combine interactive, concert and creative zones of different styles from classical to modern in music, dance, creative miniatures and performances.

The culmination of the Festival will be Green Embankment with the platform “Jazz Embankment”, where the quintessence of the romantic song from the collectives of the Kirov region and neighboring regions (ElTango, etc.) will be presented. The final event will be "Veranda" - a night reading of love poems in the Chess House of the Alexander Garden.

An interactive concert program is held at each venue, and thematic photo zones are located.

1) Playground "Park".

Works from 13.00 to 19.00

The site includes several scenic, concert and interactive zones. Zones and the program are located depending on the genre on the time frame from the 19th century (classics and poetry reading) to the present (art market and pop culture).

Zones on the site:

- two stage zones (main, additional);

- book exchange site, where anyone can take their favorite book and give their own in return, or simply in the public garden, without departing from the book exchange, read a favorite book;

- the creation of paintings on the street and an open lesson from artists of different directions;

- open-air workshop on historical dances;

- photozone from flower shops in Kirov and a photozone dedicated to the 18-19 centuries;

- photo zone dedicated to the Soviet era, accompanied by music from Soviet films on a vinyl player;

- foodcourt zone - chocolate, tea, sweets, ice cream (mobile coffee shops);

- master class on contemporary dance;

- “Museum under the open sky” - an exhibition of exhibits of museums under the open sky for everyone;

- Art Market - the exhibition and sale of products of folk arts and crafts and handmade. Free workshops.

- gastronomic master class. Where anyone can try himself as a cook and prepare a light lunch for his beloved (subject to the presence of a partner area);

- children's play area;

- ping-pong championship;

- Photozone VISITKIROV.

The program of the main stage area:

- performance of performers of classical music (trios, quartets);

- performance of the Kirov school of historical dance "Age of Romance". For some time the guests of the Festival will be able to go back to the 19th century, when the era of balls reigned. Participants in ballroom costumes and masks will perform world-famous historical dances: minuet, polonaise, waltz;

- performance of the walking band "Vyatka band DIXELAND". Popular direction of jazz performers of the 20s of the XXV. in America. Performing the famous work of world films, the orchestra does not stand still, but moves along with the beat, attracting the audience to join them.

- Competition program from the event host;

- Reading poems Vyatka poets;

- Vyatka-land flashmob.

The program of an additional scenic zone includes an open lecture center from prominent artists of Kirov and the Kirov region, university professors, journalists, and just interesting people.

2) Green Embankment. Steps "Jazz Quay".

Works from 19.00 to 21.00

In programme scenes are planned:

- jazz concert program with the performance of the group "ElTango" and other famous performers of the Kirov region.

The program area is planned on the territory of the scene:

- food court zone (tea, coffee).

Stage, audio and lighting equipment, the work of qualified professionals, the event lead is provided at the site.

3) Chess house. Literary living room "Veranda".

Works 21.00 until dawn.

The veranda is decorated in a romantic style (candles, ribbons), and chairs are arranged around the perimeter.

The literary drawing room is borrowed from the salon life of Petersburg in the 19th century and is related to the forms of artistic and creative orientation. The platform consists in the free reading of poetry by everyone in an informal setting and is intended to contribute to the formation of the need to see, feel, and create the beautiful themselves, to involve people in creativity. The poems alternate with jam (improvisation) of free-form jazz performers.

4) Quest for the city of Kirov "Romance of Vyatka".

This quest takes place during the day and includes a search for “Assol Dreams”, participants will have to go through the romantic places of Kirov using a map map, solving riddles and romantic secrets of famous Kirov residents, passing along the road with the help of the legend “Merchant Vyatka” ( without the name of modern streets and with legends about the people of the old Vyatka). The team (group, couple) that came to the end point first gets prizes from our partners.

Sights: Guests will be able to participate not only in the program of the event, but also to visit the cultural and historical sights of Kirov (Vyatka Museum of Paleontology, IEC "On Spasskaya", Spasskaya pedestrian street, monument to Dymkovo toy "Meeting" with chimes, Chocolate Museum “Criollo”, Artiko Ice Cream Museum, Dymkovo Toy Museum, Spassky Cathedral, AN Afanasyev Puppet Theater, Spasskaya Theater, Drama Theater).
