The festival is held for 3 days among the picturesque nature under the open sky, in the transport accessibility of the city of Penza. The participants of the festival are goal-oriented people who, through their life position and actions, transmit high moral values, mutual assistance and mutual assistance, create, in a harmonious and high-quality environment, a favorable environment for society, creativity, music and knowledge.

The festival presents 5 main blocks:

The concert program on two stages - acoustic (small) stage, full sound - (large) stage. On the stage are musicians from Penza and Penza regions, Saratov, Samara, Ulyanovsk, Volgograd, Moscow regions (more than 10 regions). The age of participants is from 6 to 67 years old, at least 5 bands from disabled musicians. The music of the festival is an honest, live performance, the use of any phonograms, drug propaganda, obscene language and negative texts are not allowed. Concerts last for 8-12 hours a day, during the festival up to 50 bands (more than 200 musicians) perform on the stage. Concert genres: classical and modern bard song, acoustic rock and jazz junctions, rock and roll, blues, folk, art rock, trip-hop, modern trends of author's music. All concerts are held in the open air, the grass hall is the green auditorium where spectators sit side by side in an informal setting.

The health program includes sports sections, tourist clubs, yoga clubs, Cossack communities, an international association of massage therapists, beauty salons, and health food stores. In just 3 days of the festival, more than 20 events are held at the venue (at least 15 participants) by more than 10 communities; in total, more than 300 people take part in the events. On the site, master classes are held on health massage and body and face care, master classes on rope walking, rock climbing training on a mobile climbing wall, tourist obstacle course, yoga classes, master classes on cutting Cossack saber, advice on healthy eating , friendly matches in volleyball, comic football, lazertak, training in archery and crossbow, in fishing, demonstration performances of athletes, workout classes (horizontal bars), open workouts. The development program is presented by studios once Itijah personality, psychological centers, training centers and Penza Penza region (5 communities). During 3 days of the festival, psychological trainings, personal growth trainings, travel lectures, hikes stories, spiritual practices, meditations, master classes in drawing, clay modeling, wool felting, and making handmade jewelry are held. There are more than 30 events in which more than 200 people take part.

The children's program is represented by schools of early development and additional education, holiday agencies and children's leisure enterprises, time cafes (more than 5 communities). On the playground, for 3 days, there is a game store with children's educational board games, master classes in acting, in which children not only learn the basics of acting, but also arrange a theatrical performance for which, on the spot, make cardboard suits. Workshops on application, drawing, modeling from polymer clay, modeling on a potter's wheel, making souvenirs with your own hands. Also on the site are scientific shows, in which children do laboratory experiments, show bubbles, active games, children's discos. In just 3 days, more than 30 events take place, more than 15 communities participate and more than 200 children together with their parents.

Fair handicrafts and tourist equipment. More than 20 masters from more than 10 regions of Russia come to the fair. Presents products from birch bark, clay, beads, ethnic jewelry. Tourist equipment of Penza producers and famous brands is also presented. Anyone can take part in each block of the festival by submitting an application to the organizing committee and having passed a preliminary inspection, which confirms the festival’s openness to various formats, new, novice authors and communities, erases the boundaries between experienced and well-established enterprises and young promising enthusiasts and allows you to share experiences and inspirations for creating and scaling socially significant projects and events.
