The exhibition presents a rich cultural program: the annual All-Russian Festival of the cultures of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East “Nomad of the North” and the Festival of Ethnic Costume of the People of the North “Polar Style” are held in all the beauty of northern color.
Also, the exhibition is decorated with an exhibition of photographs of the annual photo contest “Northern Vision”. An extensive competition program is being held within the framework of the exhibition and festivals, which provides ample opportunity to demonstrate the full range of activities and creativity to representatives of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation.
