In the village of Lokot, Brasovsky district of the Bryansk region, an annual festival is held under the shadow of the Brasovsky avenue, dedicated to the House of Romanov.

The opening of the festival “Under the shadow of Brasovsky Alley” takes place at a historic place - the site of the Palace ensemble, where guests will become participants of the Romanovsky ball, competition, listen to performances of the Honored Artist of Ukraine Ruslan Kadirova (tenor), Laureate of International and All-Russian competitions Larisa Makarskaya (soprano), Inna singer Subbotina.

The gala-concert of the finalists and the awarding of the participants of the Festival of the Russian romance “Lokotsky Alley” will be held here.

In the evening, a concert program featuring soloists from Moscow, the Kursk Region and festive fireworks is waiting for guests and residents of the village.
