The Open Festival of Contemporary Art "Parallels" is aimed at the development and popularization of contemporary art in the region, the interaction of various types of art in a single artistic space, support for current and experimental trends in art.
The festival provides an opportunity to implement projects in the field of theater, music, literature, choreography, cinema, and visual arts.
Sights: The building of the theater is an object of cultural heritage of regional importance, located in the historic quarter with environmental building of the late XIX beginning of the twentieth century.
